Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The Tenmás Connect Referral Program ("Program") is open to all current and past clients of Tenmás ("Referrers").

  2. How to Refer:

    • Referrers must send an email to, introducing a company they are referring ("Referee") with the Referee copied in the email.

  3. Qualifying Referrals:

    • A qualifying referral is a Referee who has not previously engaged Tenmás' services.

    • The Referee must sign a contract with Tenmás for services with a minimum value of $5,000.

  4. Referral Reward:

    • For each qualifying referral, the Referrer is eligible to receive a reward of
      US$ 1,000.

    • The reward for Referrers who are current clients of Tenmás will be applied as a discount on future services. For Referrers who are not current clients, the reward will be made via bank transfer.

    • Rewards are subject to tax laws and regulations. Referrers are responsible for any tax implications of their rewards.

  5. Reward Payment:

    • Referral rewards are distributed in two stages: The first 50% is paid 45 days after the referee begins using Tenmás' services, and the remaining 50% is paid either after 3 months of their service or at the end of their project, whichever occurs first.

  6. Limitations:

    • There are no limits to the number of referrals a Referrer can make.

    • Tenmás reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Referrers and the referred clients.

  7. Program Modifications and Termination:

    • Tenmás reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of this Program, at any time and without prior notice.

    • Tenmás may terminate the Program at any time for any reason.

  8. Liability and Indemnification:

    • Tenmás is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Program or utilized by the participant, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or online service, or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction.

  9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

    • By participating in the Program, the Referrer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
