1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Tenmas Tech, a subsidiary of Tenmas Holding LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Tenmas Tech provides staffing solutions for tech talent from Latin America for companies in the US, Canada, and Europe. Details of the services provided can be found on our website.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information when utilizing our services and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Non-Compete Agreement (NCA)
By submitting a form on this site, you agree to the following Non-Compete Obligations:
a. Engagement Restrictions:
You acknowledge that Tenmas may introduce its employees or candidates (hereinafter referred to as "Employee(s)") to you for potential work engagements or projects. You agree that during the term of engagement with any Employee introduced by Tenmas and for a period of one (1) year from the date of the Employee's introduction, you shall not directly employ, hire, contract, or otherwise engage the Employee outside the scope of work provided by Tenmas, without the prior written consent of Tenmas.
b. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:
You acknowledge and agree that any information provided by Tenmas, including but not limited to Employee profiles, qualifications, and compensation details, constitutes confidential and proprietary information (hereinafter referred to as "Confidential Information"). You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose, share, or use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than evaluating the suitability of the Employee for the specific engagement introduced by Tenmas.
You agree that during the engagement period and for one (1) year following the termination of the engagement with any Employee introduced by Tenmas, you shall not directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or engage the Employee for employment or services outside of the scope of work provided by Tenmas without the prior written consent of Tenmas.
In the event that any provision of this section is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this section shall remain in full force and effect.
e. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This section shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this section shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami, Florida, and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tenmas Tech and protected by international copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tenmas Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflicts
