Onboarding Guide
Welcome to Tenmás!​ Thank you for choosing Tenmás as your strategic partner. We’re excited to work with you and help ensure you have all the resources needed to build your amazing product.
This document outlines the steps in our process to ensure an incredible experience:
1. Getting Started: Gathering Requirements
To kick off our search for the ideal candidates, we need some information from you. Please provide details on the following:

Roles & Experience: What specific roles are you hiring for? Please also specify the required experience level (e.g., Junior, Mid-Level, Senior).

Technical Stack: What are the key technologies and skills required for these roles?

2. Your Recruitment team
​
After gathering your requirements, we will introduce you to our Recruitment Manager, [Recruitment Manager's Name]. [He/She] will be your primary point of contact throughout the candidate search process. [Recruitment Manager's Name] will oversee the search, validation, and presentation of candidates to ensure we find the best match for your needs.

3. Search Process
​
Here’s how we work to find your ideal candidates:

Search In Our Network (48 Hours):

Initial Search: We will first check our extensive network of pre-vetted professionals to see if we have the resources you need readily available.

Response: Within 48 hours, we will inform you whether we have the right candidates in our network. If we do, we will provide you with their profiles, including their CV, LinkedIn link, and a brief description of their qualifications.

Extending the Search (7-10 Business Days):

Custom Search: If we don’t have the right candidates in our network, we will extend our search and aim to find suitable candidates within 7-10 business days.

Profile Presentation: Once we find the right candidates, you will receive their profiles, similar to the initial network search.

4. Reviewing Candidate Profiles and Contract Options
​
After we send you the candidate profiles, you can review them at your convenience. Alongside the profiles, we will include contract options for different engagement periods (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). This allows you to choose the commitment that best suits your needs.

5. Setting Up Interviews
​
Once you’ve reviewed the profiles, let us know which candidates you’d like to interview. We’ll coordinate the interview schedules between you and the candidates to ensure a smooth process.
All our interviews are done in Google Meet, last 30 minutes, and are recorded for future reference. If you do not want the interview recorded, let your Recruitment Manager know.

6. Service Agreement
​
After the interviews, you can select the candidate(s) you’d like to move forward with. We’ll then finalize the contract based on your chosen engagement period and set a start date for your new team member(s).
We will send you an email containing the Appendix, which is an additional document attached to the main agreement. This Appendix will detail all the specific aspects of the service provision, including:

Working hours

Any other particular terms agreed upon by both parties

It’s important that you review and sign this Appendix to officially start receiving our services. Once signed, we’ll kick off the integration of your new team members.

7. Ongoing Support: Meet Your Service Manager
​
Once your team member(s) are onboarded, we will introduce you to your dedicated Service Manager. He/She will be your primary point of contact moving forward, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and that your expectations are being met. The Service Manager will check in periodically to address any concerns, provide support, and ensure that the integration of your new team members is successful. If any issues arise, your Service Manager will be there to resolve them promptly and effectively.
